    Chicken liver parfait, served with apple and grape chutney and melba toast                                           £4.75                               

    Duck Spring Roll, strips of duck and stir fried vegetables wrapped in filo pastry and baked, served with a hoi-sin sauce £5.25

     Smoked Trout, trout fillet marinated in chilli oil then hot smoked, served upon sauteed pak choi with spring onions and a smoked chilli and garlic oil £5.75

     Pork Terrine, a coarse terrine of pork, apple, raisins and onions wrapped in bacon served with a red onion marmalade  £4.95

     Salmon en croute, fillet of salmon with a prawn mousse wrapped in puff pastry served with a white wine and parsley sauce  £5.25

    Moule marinere: A bowl of mussels cooked with onions, garlic, herbs and white wine,  finished with cream £6.25

    Smoked Chicken  Salad: Slices of smoked chicken upon dressed leaves tossed  with smoked bacon, black pudding and shallots with a balsamic vinegar dressing £5.95

   Roast Breast of Chicken with a Stilton mousse centre, served on pasta with a port wine sauce             £13.25                                  

   Meddalions of Beef fillet, ‘Diane style’ sauteed with onions,mushrooms, garlic and herbs finnished with french mustard, brandy and cream £15.95

   Fillet of Sea Bass, served with sauteed king prawns on spinach with a safron sauce                             £16.75

   Beef Stroganoff: strips of beef fillet dusted with Paprika pan fried with onions, mushrooms,  garlic and herbs flambed in brandy and finnished with cream and served on rice £15.95                                                                

   Smoked Haddock, wrapped in Parma ham sat on garlic mash with white wine and chive sauce           £15.25

   Fillet of Lamb Wellington, fillet of Lamb wrapped in pastry baked until golden served on creamed leeks with a redcurrant sauce  £14.75        

   Breast of Duck, roasted pink, served with wild mushrooms and a honey and soy sauce                       £14.95     

    Fillet Steak served with a red wine and bacon sauce  £19.95

   Medallions of Pork,pan fried served topped with mushrooms and Mozzerella cheese with a red wine sauce £14.25
